Sessions Vol. XIX “Never Land” — November 22, 7:30
Revisit the curiosity, mischief, and confusion of childhood in this theatrical recital based on the themes of queer escapism found in Peter Pan. Performance artists Dicky Dutton and Heather Jones explore the gender binary of mother versus pirate and the conflicts that arise if anyone should try to grow out of those roles. Bring your costume box, your outside voice, and we’ll see you on the island of Never Land.
We hope you will join us for what will be a playful, ardent evening with the artists known for uplifting and amplifying queer voices.
Come have a drink and listen!
