Chad Goodridge

Chad Goodridge (he/him) is an Obie award-winning actor, singer, writer, and producer. Theater credits include Passing Strange (Berkeley Rep, The Public Theater, Broadway, the Spike Lee film), One Thousand Nights and One Day (dir. Erin Ortman), Love in the Wars (dir. Ken Rus Schmoll), and Troublemaker… (dir. Lila Neugebauer). Select TV and film credits include Bull, Law & Order: SVU, Generation Um…, and Dreaming American (opposite Giancarlo Esposito). An avid supporter of developing new work, he has helped develop plays and musicals with NYTW, Playwrights Horizons, The Atlantic Theater Company, The Playwrights Realm, The Signature to name a few. He is a proud recipient of the Charles Bowden Award from New Dramatists. His play New to Me (in collaboration with composer Nikko Benson) has had a residency at Luna Stage and been a finalist at Groundfloor, SPACE on Ryder Farm, and Rhinebeck Musical Theater conference. Chad was a founding core member and a leader of Constellation Chor, with whom he performed at Harpa in Reykjavik, The Vouvousa Festival in Greece, The Kitchen and Harvard Art Lab for Claire Chase’s Density 2036, The New York Philharmonic in Ashley Fure’s Filament, and Porches at MassMoCA. Producing credits for Crowded Outlet include NYTimes Critic’s Pick, Lone Star Spirits and beep boop (42 FESTIVAL DE TEATRO DE BADAJOZ, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, 14th St Y, HERE, ars Nova).
