Arzu Salman (he/him) takes the dance floor thanks to the efforts of LGBTQIA+ and immigrant communities that embraced him. His dancing is a fervid and unbridled love letter to those who came before him, and to those who will follow. Salman first attended Piedmont School of Music & Dance in Charlotte, NC. He received his BFA from The Ailey School & Fordham University in 2018. He currently works as a performer and teaching artist with Ballez Company, and Yaa Samar! Dance Theatre.
